Appointment Policy

Appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.


Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 


Prescription Policy

Federal and state law prohibits the dispensing of medications without an examination or a prescription, without a valid veterinary/patient/client relationship.

For the safety of your pet, just as in people, medication cannot be dispensed without an evaluation of the problem, hopefully leading to a correct diagnosis and appropriate medication - it would put your beloved pet at risk to do otherwise.

Our policy is we will not prescribe any medications without doing an exam first. If your pet has not been seen here and you want to refill a prescription, we will have to examine your pet first.
