Cyndi Sweger-Practice Manager
Cyndi has been with AVHCC since November, 2004. She is originally from Arkansas, but has lived in many places. Cyndi is married to Mike, who is retired from the USAF. They have lived in Maryland 2 times, Utah, Hawaii, Texas and retired here in Charlottesville. Cyndi has worked in the veterinary field for 19 years now. Cyndi has worked in both large animal and small animal practices and loves what she does.
Cyndi is the proud "mom" to her little yorkie Rhett, and 3 domestic short hair cats, Winston, Gussy and Jynxi. She also has a son, Nik, who is serving in the US Army.

Marge Gay-Front Desk Supervisor
Marge is originally from Pennsylania. She came to visit Charlottesville about 12 years ago, liked it so much she decided to stay. Marge has been with AVHCC for 11 years and has served us in several areas.
Marge has a border collie mix named Max and a large domestic shorthair cat name LC.

Lori Fletcher-Customer Care Specialist/Veterinary Assistant
Lori is from Charlottesville, VA. She has been with AVHCC since November 2009. Lori earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA. She also played on the Lynchburg College basketball team. She is cross-trained as an assistant as well as a receptionist.
In her spare time Lori is the Assistant Basketball Coach at Western Albemarle High School. Lori has a boxer/pitt mix named Boomer and a rabbit named Bunny.
